Who handles your inquiry?

Information you provide

The contact form sends your name, email address or phone number, selected service and project description. We use these details to respond and discuss your request. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive information. Campaign attribution is included only if you select the option in the form.

Storage and service providers

The site is hosted on Heroku. Inquiries are delivered through Gmail to our business inbox. These providers process technical data and messages to provide their services, potentially outside your country. The website application does not store inquiry content in a database or application log. Messages remain in our mailbox for handling your request and subsequent correspondence.

To limit abuse and duplicate delivery, the server temporarily keeps identifiers, hashes of submitted details and connection-based request counters in memory. These records expire after at most one hour. Expired records are removed on the next submission attempt or when the server restarts. The hosting provider may retain technical traffic logs according to its settings.

Cookies and analytics

The studio website does not run advertising or traffic analytics tools and does not set tracking cookies. Its interactive demo uses sample data and does not send inquiries or call an AI service.

Etsy orders and previous platform files

Orders through our shop take place on Etsy and are subject to its service and privacy policies. Contact form details are not automatically sent to Etsy. If you need help with files or an account from the previous platform, email us. Replacing the website does not automatically delete previous data.

Your requests

You can email us to request access, correction or deletion of information you provided. We will review the request, any identity verification needed and any information required for an order or related obligations. We do not use these details for automated advertising messages.
